No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels. Opening this page sets nothing on your device and sends nothing to any third party. The typefaces are served from this server, so no request goes to Google Fonts or any other font host.
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Like every web server, it writes access logs: IP address, date and time, the file requested, the referring page and the browser identification. These logs exist to run and secure the server. They are not merged with anything else and are not used to profile you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.
The video on the start page is not loaded until you press play. Before that click, no request reaches Google and nothing is stored on your device.
When you do press play, the player is embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that moment your IP address and the fact that you are watching this video are transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC. Measured on 25 August 2026, the following hosts are contacted after the click: youtube-nocookie.com, googlevideo.com, i.ytimg.com, yt3.ggpht.com, gstatic.com, fonts.gstatic.com, google.com and jnn-pa.googleapis.com. Google may store data in the USA. What Google does with it is described in its own privacy policy. Legal basis for the embed: your consent through the deliberate click, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you would rather not do that, do not press play. The page works without it.
The two purchase buttons lead away from this site. The Mac App Store button goes to Apple, the direct download goes to Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and invoicing. Whatever you enter there is processed by those companies under their own privacy policies. This site receives no payment data, no name and no address from either of them.
Your API keys stay on your Mac, in the macOS Keychain. They are never sent to me and never leave your machine except towards the provider they belong to.
Your prompts and reference images go to the AI providers you choose, on your own key. That is the purpose of the app. Which providers those are is listed inside the app before first use, and each of them applies its own privacy policy. Some video engines are not reachable with a direct key and run through the aggregators kie.ai or fal.ai instead; in that case your prompt passes through them.
The app checks for updates. On start it fetches a small version file from studio.likafilm.com and from raw.githubusercontent.com. That request carries your IP address, the app version and the time. It carries nothing else: no keys, no prompts, no images. No account is created, no identifier is assigned, and nothing is stored beyond the ordinary server log described above.
What you generate stays on your machine. The portfolio is a folder on your disk. Nothing is uploaded to me.
Under the GDPR you may ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. One mail to info@likafilm.com is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; for Munich that is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Ansbach.
If the site or the app starts doing something different with data, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
